Ensure the furniture is disassembled and placed back in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit back to our warehouse.
Schedule Collection
Our logistics partner will contact you to arrange a convenient time for a curbside pickup or a carrier drop-off depending on the item size.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
